How We Launch Your Next High-Performing Back-Office Team in Less Than 30 days
While every campaign has different needs, below is a typical template of our onboarding process and campaign launch. Outside factors, such as IT infrastructure, HIPPA and PCI compliance, and communication channel setup, are to be considered. Our Founder’s Story
When I founded Unity Communications more than 10 years ago, my vision was to find a better solution to help companies grow and be successful by providing superior leadership and customer service. I realized that by complimenting a business’s strengths, we could help them utilize a talented and educated global workforce.
I wanted to create processes that would join this motivated workforce with companies who needed the kind of support staff that would allow their core staff to maximize their productivity. Today, we select our teams not solely based on their skills and talents but by their “mindset.” Positivity, attitude, and an open mind are essential to getting the job done. We have realized that these qualities, along with a willingness to learn and the grit to deal with stressful situations, find these people outperforming others.
