Unity Communications Achieves 131% Growth, Secures Spot on Inc. 5000 2024 

Arizona-based business process outsourcing (BPO) company Unity Communications ranked #3,612 on this year’s Inc. 5000 list after achieving a three-year growth rate of 131%. This extends the company’s streak to four years, having been on the list since 2021.

The Inc. 5000 is a prestigious list that recognizes the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States. Aside from the prestige, being an Inc. 5000 honoree grants companies credibility that helps drive revenue and attract talent. In addition, it gives honorees the opportunity to network with an exclusive community of their peers.

The Inc. 5000 2024 list ranks American companies based on the percentage of their revenue growth from 2020 to 2023. Only U.S.-based, for-profit, privately held, and independent companies qualify for the list. The minimum revenue required to qualify increases yearly, starting at $100,000 in 2020 and $2 million in 2023.

“I have really amazing staff,” CEO Patrick Brown said, highlighting his team’s contribution. “You don’t make four years on the Inc. 5000 by yourself. You make it with the team.” 

Strong, consistent growth

Unity Communications has been a frequent honoree on Inc. Magazine’s 5000 and Regionals Southwest lists.

The publication first honored the company in 2021, ranking #1,669 after achieving a three-year sales growth of 275%. It has appeared on the list ever since, ranking #2,247 in 2022 and #1,743 in 2023.

Further, Unity Communications has also been honored several times on the Inc. Regionals Southwest, a region-specific version of the Inc. 5000. It ranked #59 in its first appearance in 2022, #97 in 2023, and #74 in 2024.

The Arizona-based BPO firm also appeared on the Clutch 1000 in 2023, which ranks the top 1,000 global service providers.

Unity Communications’s performance in the past few years puts it in a strong position for consistent business growth.
